Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WegoTips. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

3.1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that all registration information is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it updated.
3.2. WegoTips reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4.1. Registration is free, but accessing affiliate features, the dashboard, commission tracking, withdrawal rights, or any earning functionalities requires a ₦10,000 Earning Activation Deposit.
4.2. This deposit is non-refundable upon activation, as it immediately grants access to services. Wallet funds are subject to Platform rules and may be used internally or withdrawn only as permitted and at our discretion.

5.1. Affiliates may earn commissions on verified transactions from referrals, including wallet activations, tip purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and engagement.
5.2. Commission rates (up to 75% on activations, up to 40% on tip purchases, and recurring commissions) are subject to change with or without notice.
5.3. All commissions are calculated solely on verified transactions and credited at our discretion. Abuse, fake referrals, manipulation, bots, or any prohibited conduct will result in immediate termination and complete forfeiture of all earnings, balances, and commissions with no liability to WegoTips.

6.1. Commissions and withdrawals are processed subject to verification, fraud checks, audits, and our sole discretion. We may delay, withhold, or deny any payment without liability.
6.2. Residual or recurring earnings depend entirely on referral activity, which we do not guarantee. We assume no financial obligation to pay any specific amount or at any specific time.

7.1.The Platform and all content (including Tipster predictions) are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2. WegoTips expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7.3. Tipster content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, success, or any outcome. You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and financial consequences, including any betting or investment losses..

You shall not engage in fake accounts, referral manipulation, bots, fraud, chargebacks, or any conduct that compromises the Platform. Violation entitles us to immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds/earnings, and no liability on our part.

9.1. Earnings, income, or commissions are not guaranteed in any way and depend entirely on your efforts and third-party activity.
9.2. We make no representations regarding potential earnings or Platform performance. You acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that any participation is at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your account security. We bear no liability whatsoever for any unauthorized access, loss, or damage resulting from your negligence or otherwise.

11.1. The ₦10,000 activation deposit and all other payments are non-refundable except in our sole discretion for rare, verified technical errors caused directly by us.
11.2. We have no obligation to issue any refunds or returns under any circumstances

We may modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected violations or to protect Platform integrity. Upon termination, you forfeit all Wallet balances, commissions, and earnings, and we shall have no further obligation or liability to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WegoTips, its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, earnings, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or any other financial or non-financial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we shall have no legal responsibility or financial obligation for:
a. Any loss of earnings, commissions, or Wallet funds;
b. Platform downtime, technical issues, errors, or unavailability ;
c. Inaccuracy or unreliability of Tipster content or any user decisions based thereon;
d. Betting, gambling, or investment outcomes;
e. Third-party actions, services, or transactions;f. Unauthorized access to your account;
g. Any act, omission, negligence (including ordinary negligence), or breach (except where law prohibits such exclusion);
h. Any other claim arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms.
Our total cumulative liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by you to WegoTips in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or ₦10,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise). You agree to fully exonerate, release, indemnify, and hold harmless WegoTips from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection which you may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue in any such court or that any such court is an inconvenient forum.

16.1. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
16.2. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
16.3. These Terms represent the entire agreement and supersede all prior understandings
